BILL STATON

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) with an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business, Bill Staton is "America's Money Coach®."

Bill began his investment career as an analyst with Interstate Securities in 1971. By age 31, he was already a millionaire investor.

In 1986, Bill founded The Staton Institute, Inc. to enable investors to make the most money in the least time with the least risk. His ability to explain investing in an easy-to-understand manner made The Staton Institute a success with individual investors and families looking to build wealth the smart way.

An economic historian with 37 years in the financial services industry, Bill is a frequent speaker on investing and economic issues. MARY STATON

Mary Tunstall Staton is CEO of The Staton Institute, Inc. She is also CEO and Chief Compliance Officer for Staton Financial Advisors LLC. Mary is co-author of Worry-Free Family Finances (McGraw-Hill). She is author of Wisdom on Wealth!, a free email newsletter with a circulation of over 8,000, and is a financial columnist for Hitched.com.

Mary has been quoted widely on financial topics, from teaching teens to handle money to planning for retirement. She has been a source for stories in The Christian Science Monitor, All You, The Charlotte Observer, The Charlotte Business Journal, Skirt magazine, Making Bread Magazine, WBTV, WJZY, and WFAE, among others.

Mary holds an MBA from the McColl School of Business at Queens University and was formerly a member of the McColl School Board of Visitors. Bill and Mary live in Charlotte, North Carolina and have four children.
